About Code Productions

CODE PRODUCTIONS is a film production company founded by Vladyslav Savchenko in 2023 in Kyiv. In less than two years, the company has successfully produced and premiered the film «The First Code», along with over a dozen music videos for popular Ukrainian artists.

The film «The First Code», is a docudrama that chronicles the history of Ukraine's IT industry from the 1950s to the present day, including the creation of the world’s first cyber army. It achieved significant success in Ukrainian cinemas, becoming the second-highest-grossing documentary after the Oscar-winning «20 Days in Mariupol». Currently, the film has been translated into four languages and is available globally on platforms like Apple TV, Amazon, and Google TV.

In addition, CODE PRODUCTIONS has created music videos for prominent Ukrainian performers such as TVORCHI, Marta Lypchei, and Harfang. Each video is released in the form of a unique short film, complete with its own story, characters, and distinct style. These works have been highly praised at European and North American film festivals. For instance, the music video for Harfang’s song «Eye for an Eye» won Best Music Video at the Paris Art and Movie Awards 2024 and was a laureate at the International New York Film Festival 2024. Other projects have already been selected for festival participation, with results pending.

Despite challenging times for Ukraine’s film industry, CODE PRODUCTIONS remains ambitious, steadfastly pursuing its goal of creating high-quality projects that stand out on a global scale.
